This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. 'Vinyasa' is derived from Sanskrit meaning, 'to place in a special way'. To experience this, we invite you to place your awareness on the breath and then you move your body with the breath in mind. So every movement has the potential to be filled with awareness, creating a sequence of special moments.

These classes are slower-paced with attention given to the position of the body in the poses.  Slower doesn't always mean easier! You will experience poses that will increase strength, flexibility and range of movement. Each class will offer a range of steady challenges and will end with some well-deserved relaxation.
