Join Anthony for this deeply relaxing and immersive experience. This Sound Bath is a full-body listening and feeling experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body. You can choose to experience it either laying down or seated in a comfortable position. 

When you settle into a Sound Bath and soften your awareness into your sense of listening, you create the potential for your mind to slow, shifting into a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state.

The careful selection of sounds and the sequence in which Anthony plays the instruments, creates the perfect conditions to bring your attention inwards and quite often, offers the space to explore your own internal self-inquiry.

Dress warm and in comfortable clothes. Some blankets, bolsters (cushions) and eye pillows will be provided. Feel free to bring your own comfort items to help you relax into the experience more fully.
